The Medway Yacht Club Regatta is open to all types of Keelboats, Cruisers, Dragons, Squibs and Sonatas, with a number of yacht races held on each day.  As well as yacht racing the regatta has a number of shore side events including the Regatta Dinner which is held at the Medway Yacht Club, Upnor on the Friday night. This year’s regatta will be followed by the Wayfarer National Championships and then the Sonata Nationals.

With just over 110 boats on display visitors were able to view a wide range with something to cater for every taste.  More than 700 individual boat viewings were completed with 16% boats on display going under offer and more expected in the follow-on period.
