The Leisure 23 is a popular family cruising yacht with surprisingly spacious accommodation for their size. Designed by Frank Pryor for serious cruising they make excellent East coast cruisers thanks to their shallow draft and ability to take the ground. Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to 4/5 berths in 2 cabins with approx. 5'9" maximum headroom. Forepeak with V-berth, infill to form double berth and stowage. Heads compartment to starboard with a Jabsco marine toilet and folding washbasin with hanging locker opposite. Saloon has linear galley area to port with 2-burner gas stove and grill, sink with manually pumped water supply and worktop. Dinette area to starboard converting to small double berth with storage areas and navigation instruments. Quarter berth to port.

Leisure 22 built by Leisure Yachts circa 1973 to a design by Frank Pryor. Red painted GRP hull, off white superstructure and decks with non-slip surfaces. Cast iron twin keels. Tiller steering to spade rudder. Self-draining aft cockpit.

Herbert Francis is being offered on a sold 'as is, where is' basis without any warranty of condition or description, hence a low guide price. Any buyer is encouraged to view and permission can be attained for mechanical inspection or survey at their own cost and risk.
