Accommodation

The accommodation offers six berths in two cabins with 6' headroom in the saloon and 6'3" headroom in the wheelhouse. V-berth forward with infill, hatch to foredeck and stowage under berths. In the saloon there are two settee berths which both convert to doubles, fixed table with drop leaves and further storage. Separate heads compartment to port with marine toilet and slide-out washbasin with a generous hanging locker opposite to starboard. Steps up to the semi-enclosed wheelhouse with helm to starboard and galley opposite consisting of a 2-burner gas cooker with grill, stainless steel sink with pressurised cold water supply and more storage. The wheelhouse also has generous stowage space beneath the wheelhouse sole. Full cockpit cover. Wheel steering in wheelhouse with tiller steering in cockpit. Radio/CD player. Grey upholstery.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the cockpit, Bukh DV20 marine diesel engine, 1981. Twin cylinders. 20hp. Seawater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to fixed pitch 3-blade propeller. Construction

LM 27 built in 1981 by LM Glassfiber A/S to their own design. White GRP hull with styling stripe, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Long keel with encapsulated ballast. Wheel and tiller steering to keel hung rudder. Aft self draining cockpit. Semi-enclosed wheelhouse with full cockpit cover.

Last surveyed in 2015. She has been in her present ownership for 16 years - her owners are moving to a smaller boat.
