See plan: Six berths in three cabins with good headroom (approx. 6ft). High quality Scandanavian oiled teak fit out.

V berth forward. Two settee berths in saloon. Folding saloon table with bottle stowage. Galley with two burner gas cooker with oven. Isotherm cool box. Twin stainless steel sinks with pressurised fresh water supply (cold water supply)  100 litre water capacity. Sea water pump at galley. Forward facing chart table with separate seat.

Heads compartment aft with marine toilet and 60 litre holding tank. Wash basin.  Double berth in aft cabin.

Upholstery in grey fabric. Eberspacher diesel fired central heating system. Shore power system with sockets and battery charger. Plenty of stowage throughout. Stereo CD/FM radio.

Mechanical Systems

Located under companionway. Volvo Penta 2002 marine diesel engine, 1988. 18 hp.  Twin cylinders.  Sea water cooled. Saildrive to fixed two blade propeller (2009 diaphragm). Single lever engine control. 50 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank. Approx. 6 knots cruising and 7 knots maximum speed. Approx 90nm range. The engine has been professionally serviced in 2019 and annually before. Hours are unrecorded. 


Two 12V batteries charging via engine alternator and 240V shore power charger with battery management system.

Sails & Spars

Fractional sloop rig, keel stepped, single spreader rig. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom by Selden, 1988. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2011, with backstay tensioner. Running rigging led aft via eight clutches. Slab reefing to mainsail with three reefs and stack pack system with lazyjacks. Rod kicker. Removable main sheet track. Air draft of 15m.

Construction

Built in 1988 by Comfortbater AB, Sweden. Sail number 624. White grp hull with blue style stripes. HULL EPOXIED IN 2016 (preventative measure).  White grp coachroof with cream moulded non skid decks. Lead fin keel. Tiller steering to balanced rudder. Teak to cockpit seats, NEW in 2018. Self draining gas locker with in line valve. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Alloy toe rails.

This is a very well constructed and engineered yacht that has proved to be a safe and fast passage maker. There are over 1000 Comfortina's afloat, mainly in Germany, Holland and Sweden.
