FORECABIN - The large double berth is separated from the saloon by curtains and has a generous range of storage cupboards and drawers, an opening hatch to the foredeck, reading lights, a mirror, and three portlights.

SALOON - The open plan saloon is separated from the fore and aft cabins by curtains and is fitted with a dinette seating area to port which converts to a double berth, storage areas, and a generous galley.

GALLEY - The unusually spacious U-shaped galley to starboard is equipped with a three burner electric hob, microwave, fridge, sink, and storage in various cupboards and drawers.

AFT CABIN - The aft cabin is separated from the saloon by a curtain and offers a large double berth beneath the cockpit sole with opening porthole to the cockpit, stowage, mirrors, and lighting.

GENERAL EQUIPMENT - Hot and cold pressurised water throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. CD/radio stereo system. Dark blue upholstery, carpets, and cabin divider curtains.

Mechanical Systems

Located under cockpit sole, twin Max Power GM 270hp 6.5L V8 turbo diesel engines (new 2006/7). Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. 2 x Aluminium fuel tanks providing 650L total capacity. Dual lever controls. Hydraulic trim tabs. Twin V-drive gearboxes with shafts to bronze 4-bladed propellers.

The engines were purchased in late 2006 and installed together with new gauges and many other items as part of a comprehensive refit. The drivetrain has been well maintained by her experienced owner with regular servicing, and has been lightly used with only apx 170hrs recorded. The V-drive gearboxes do have slight oil leaks which is an inherent issue with this design and one that may not be necessary to repair (her owner has found it to be very minor during his usage) but which has been taken into account in the asking price.

Electrical Systems

4 x 12v 70ah Batteries (2 x domestic, 2 x engine, all new 2020) charged via engine alternator. Dedicated batteries for generator start and anchor windlass. Shorepower system with ring mains, immersion coil, and battery charger (new 2006). Paguro 2.8KVA diesel generator (last serviced 2020 and only 9.9hrs run time). Inverter. Solar panel.
