Accommodation

This Owner's version offers seven berths with two double cabins outside of the saloon, with 6' 3" headroom and teak fit out.

Forward Cabin with large double berth with Shipshape mattress, vanity unit with stainless steel basin and lockers to port, shelving both sides and locker to starboard. Opening deck hatch with blind.

Saloon with single berth to port and C-shaped dinette converting to another double berth to starboard. Excellent storage and full standing headroom throughout. Clock and barometer. LG 240v TV monitor fitted to starboard saloon bulkhead.

Chart table to port with navigation equipment, 12-volt distribution panel, and 220-volt shore power panel and large hanging locker aft of the navigators seat.

Galley aft to starboard. ENO two burner gas cooker with oven and safety strap. 12v refrigerator, twin stainless steel sinks, excellent storage, waste bin, lockers and cutlery drawer. Glass splash back.

Heads compartment with a separate large shower cubicle with electric pump out, Jabsco marine toilet with holding tank, wet hanging locker, front opening locker and acrylic shower door to unit with stainless steel basin, mirror and lots of storage. Two opening ports.

Aft Cabin with large double berth, hanging locker and opening port to the cockpit.

Pressurised hot and cold fresh water system supplying galley sinks, heads basin, shower and forward vanity unit. Webasto 3.5kw diesel fired central heating system with four outlets. Curtains, blinds and mosquito nets throughout. Hull ports to saloon. Blue patterned cloth upholstery throughout. LED lighting.

Mechanical Systems

Original Volvo Penta MD2040, 40hp, three cylinder, fresh water cooled marine diesel engine. Located under companionway in vented and soundproofed compartment. Shaft drive to fixed three blade propeller. Single lever engine control. Full engine instrumentation. Fuel tank drained and cleaned 2016. Engine serviced 2023. Engine hours are believed to be in the region of 2,500 based on the current owner's log readings.

 

Electrical Systems

Four 12 volt, 180ah domestic batteries, all new 2020. Single 12 volt, 120ah engine battery, new 2019. Batteries charged by engine alternator. 220 volt shore power system with battery charger, immersion heater and 13 amp sockets. 100w flexible solar panel (not permanently fitted) with Votronic regulator. Fitted 2kw inverter with remote control.

Sails & Spars

Masthead bermudan sloop rig. Silver anodised aluminium Z-Spars deck stepped mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging, new 2017. Terylene runnning rigging, most replaced 2017. Single line slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks. Facnor headsail furling system (new halyard swivel 2019). Spinnaker pole. 2 x Harken 44 self-tailing sheet winches. 2 x Harken 32 self-tailing control line winches. Lines led aft to Spinlock clutches.

Construction

Built by Jeanneau in France in 2003. White GRP hull with dark blue style stripes (stripes new 2019). Underwater hull epoxied in 2019 as a preventative measure. White GRP coachroof with moulded non-slip decks.Cast iron shallow fin keel with bulb. Keel nuts changed 2016. Goiot wheel steering (leather covering replaced 2019) to balanced spaded rudder. Large sugar scoop transom with fold down helm seat for access. Self-draining cockpit and anchor well. Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions, and guardwires with gates. Teak hand rails and cockpit seats. Midship cleats. Alloy toe rails. All seacocks have been replaced with TruDesign plastic fittings.
