Four berths (two singles and one double or two doubles) in open plan layout. Varnished teak faced ply and solid teak capping.
Two long settee berths forward (2.6m x 0.6m each) with shelf storage above and plenty of under berth lockers. Saloon table on single leg which can also be mounted in the cockpit or drops to allow a facility for a double berth with an infill cushion. Keel inspection hatch.
Aft to chart table on the starboard side with hinged lid to 50 litre ice box under, two 12v switch panels with fuses, VHF radio, 12V socket & 240V socket Aft to large separate heads compartment with marine toilet (complete installation of new toilet, piping and TruDesign sea cocks in 2022), moulded basin with hand pump, storage locker under and wet hanging locker.
Galley to port has a stainless steel sink with foot pump and new simple single burner cooker. Plenty of stowage for galley equipment and food. Aft to extremely large double berth (1.97m x 1.43m) with hull shelf above and under berth storage. Flexible water tanks of some 56 litres capacity.
Cream Vinyl upholstery. Teak and holly saloon flooring, moulded non skid floors aft of the table. Interior lights (new, dimmable LED). Two large opening ports and small round forehatch.
Located under hinging companionway steps, with soundproofing, allowing excellent access. Year 2006, Yanmar 1GM10 marine diesel engine. 10hp. Single cylinder. Sea water cooled. Single lever engine controls. Shaft drive to fixed two blade propeller (new 2022) with Volvo blackjack stern gland (new 2022). The engine was professionally serviced in March 2022.
Two 12V batteries (2020) for engine start and domestics charging via 35amp engine alternator and 12 amp 240V battery charger. Separate battery switches. 240V shore power cable.
Fractionally rigged sloop, deck stepped. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom by Z Spars (2006). Stainless steel standing rigging with backstay tensioner (all new 2022). Terylene running rigging led aft to cockpit (some new 2022) via Spinlock clutches. Single line slab reefing to mainsail. Facnor headsail furling system (new forestay and serviced 2022). Two Harken 16.1 self tailing coachroof multi purpose winches. Removable bowsprit for gennaker with running rigging. Genoa tracks. Cascade type kicker system. The mast and boom had a complete overhaul including sheaves in 2021/22.

Built by Jeanneau in 2006. White/cream GRP hull with style stripes (waterline and topside new in 2022) and alloy toe rails with teak inserts. Hull, centreplate and keel stripped back to bare gel and new antifoul applied (2022). Light cream GRP coachroof with moulded non skid decks. Cast iron shallow fin keel with lifting centreplate in to keel slot. Plate lifts via coachroof winch. Tiller steering to twin rudders (entire steering system removed, new rudder bearings, new tiller arm universal joints, plus new rubber boots to bottom of rudders, 2022). Tiller varnished and new tiller extension 2021. Large self draining cockpit. Very large cockpit locker with built in shelf. Self draining anchor well. White composite companionway washboard with new lock mechanism and vents in 2021. Stainless steel mooring cleats. Teak coachroof hand rails. Teak cockpit foot rails. Stainless steel bow and stern rails, stanchions and pvc coated lifelines. Centreline anchor roller. CE Category C for 6 persons.
This boat has had only two owners from new. He current owner has completed a thorough refit including refurbishments, replacements and additions conducted in 2021/2022. She is in excellent working order and is a sail away proposition.
