ACCOMMODATION

See plan. Three cabin layout with Owner's cabin forward, two double aft cabins and three heads. Interior woodwork in Alpi Fine Teak with marine plywood core and solid wood trims. Upgraded and enhanced NEW leather upholstery in the saloon. LED lighting. Pressurised hot and cold water supply to all wash basin, sinks and showers. Three rotamoulded fresh water tanks totalling 1,000 litres.

Owner's forward cabin with large central double berth, uprated berth cushions, hanging locker, and vanity unit. Under deck and hull side storage lockers. Under berth stowage. Two fixed hull ports plus three opening deck hatches. En-suite heads compartment with separate shower area. Moulded wash basin with mixer tap. Marine toilet with integral SeaSmart heads sanitisation system. Plexiglass shower screen separates heads and shower area. Electric shower pump out with foot switch. Opening deck hatch.

Forward of the owners cabin with access from the deck is forward workshop which includes a workbench with vice, bench grinder, 240v socket, shelving, stainless steel hanging bars, etc. 

Some of the interior customisation includes two professionally made extra saloon cabinets for chart and book storage, extra handrails, extra reading lights, electrical panels extended and upgraded, stainless steel ventilation grills fitted to all locker spaces, reinforced companionway, crystal glass holder near drinks locker, customised tool locker and customised wine locker. There is tailor made and monogrammed bedding for all the sleeping cabins as well as bath towels, hand towels and flannels for all cabins (many sets). Safe in owners cabin. MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Yanmar 110hp, four cylinder turbo charged diesel engine located under companionway steps in sound proofed compartment. 2010 engine. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive via P-bracket to Gori three bladed folding propeller. Standard 3 blade fixed prop as a backup. Rope cutter to shaft. 80 amp alternator. Single lever Morse controls at both helm stations. Standard 230 litre diesel tank plus second stainless steel 260 litre diesel tank on centreline with transfer pump to main tank.  Racor 500 fuel filter in engine compartment with cockpit water alarm. Approx. 550 engine hours logged in total. Yanmar main dealer serviced annually.

MaxPower, 12hp, 24v bow thruster with push button control at both helm stations. 24V charging with solid state relay control and four RedTop batteries..

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

5 x 12v, 130ah Victorn gel batteries for domestic services, 2016. Dedicated 12v, 130ah, Victron gel battery for engine starting, 2020. Batteries charged from alternator, solar panels (980 watts) and/or 240v battery chargers.

Jeanneau 53 Yacht built by Jeanneau in 2010. White grp hull with white stripes. Coppercoat epoxy/antifoul system to hull.  White GRP injection moulded deck. Teak laid side decks, cockpit floor and cockpit seats. Teak toe rail. Cast iron standard fin keel. Twin wheels (with new leather) to spade rudder. Life raft stowage under cockpit floor. 8 custom solid stainless steel and higher mooring cleats. Fairleads. Extended and reinforced custom stem head fitting for extra anchor clearance and cruising chute tack point. Higher and more solid 1.25 inch side rails, including bow and stern rails, side gates with ladders.  Wooden rub rails.
