The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 twin aft cabin layout offers up to eight berths with two double cabins plus two saloon settee berths. Teak finish interior with solid wood cappings (all finished in a UV stabilised varnish for increased durability), with complimenting laminate floor boards.
FORECABIN - Fitted with a central double berth (6ft 7in max. long) with storage beneath, deep cabinet with shelving and hanging compartment, shelving, LED strip lighting & reading light. Wide double door to saloon and opening hatch to foredeck.
SALOON - Consisting of two settee berths (with easily accessed storage behind and beneath) either side of a central table with folding leaves, with bulkhead mounted LCD TV for entertainment. Excellent natural light is provided by two large windows, two lower portlights and a central opening hatch.
GALLEY - An L-shaped galley is aft to starboard equipped with an Eno 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, 100L fridge, stainless steel sink, ample storage and fitted with laminated slate style counter tops and chrome plumbing fittings. Opening portlight above cooker.
CHART TABLE - Aft facing chart table to port with slate-style finish, space to use a laptop or large tablet and fitted with VHF radio (with portable handset), Fusion stereo system, heater controls, electrical distribution panel, voltmeter, chart light and 12V plug. The chart table hinges up to stow out of the way when not required for increased access to the port settee.
HEADS - Aft to port is a large separate heads compartment with marine toilet (with holding tank), shower with electric pump out, wash basin, mirror and storage cabinet. Opening portlight for ventilation.
TWIN AFT CABINS - Each cabin is fitted with a double berth, storage locker, shelf, lighting, opening hatch to cockpit and opening portlight.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT - Pressurised hot (25L) and cold (203L) water supply throughout. Webasto 5.5kw diesel fired warm air heating system. Ambiance Pure White leatherette saloon upholstery with cotton mattresses in sleeping cabins. Curtains, screens or Oceanair blinds with mosquito nets for all windows, hatches and portlights. Hinged plexiglass hatch doors and varnished wooden steps. Kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery will be included.

Located under companionway in vented and soundproofed compartment with excellent access, Yanmar 3YM20 three cylinder 21hp marine diesel engine. Fresh water cooled. Fuel/water separator. The engine appears to be in excellent cosmetic condition, has been serviced annually and has run for 209.7hrs at November 2019.

White GRP hull (solid laminate with internal matrix) with style stripes, superstructure (Prisma Process injected/infused construction) and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Cast iron shoal fin keel. Twin leather bound stainless steel wheels to twin rudders. Teak effect toe rails. Teak laid drop down transom/bathing platform. Seacloud was supplied professionally copper coated and epoxied (four coats) from new.
