Description
This is a superb example of the Seal 22 coastal cruiser. She has been in her present ownership for 30 years and has been extremely well maintained and updated over this period. Accommodation
Four berths in two cabins with sitting headroom. Double berth forward with storage and Porta Potti chemical toilet. The saloon has two settee berths with Magenta fabric upholstery. Folding leaf table between berths. Two burner Dometic Origo 3000 stainless steel hob, alcohol fuel. Simple fresh water system with manual pump. Very wide companionway hatch to easy access to cockpit.
Mechanical Systems
Located on swing up transom bracket. Year 2001 Mariner 6hp outboard motor with long shaft. Remote fuel tank. The engine is serviced annually by the local Mariner dealer.

Single 12V charging via outboard motor.

Seal 22 built in 1975. White grp hull with teak rubbing strakes. Light blue grp coachroof with moulded and painted non skid decks. Cast iron lifting keel (lifting winch under the saloon table), epoxied coated ballast. Tiller steering to lifting rudder blade (new stainless steel rudder blade 2020), transom mounted. Stainless steel safety rails, stanchions and pvc coated lifelines. Self draining cockpit. Teak coachroof handrails.
