Meet Our Team

Stephen has been a Yacht Broker with Clarke & Carter since 1983 having previously been a professional sailboat skipper. He is our Jeanneau sailboat expert and is a senior ABYA qualified broker with many years experience. Having owned a number of Moody and Jeanneau cruising yachts over the years, he currently races his Squib and enjoys his Flyer 650 motor boat.

Ian Scott has worked for Clarke & Carter since 1989 and is an highly experienced yacht broker. He also heads up our After Sales department for Jeanneau spares and parts.

Ian owns and races a Squib with his wife and has been the coxswain of the Burnham RNLI Lifeboat since 1994.

Rosie joined the Clarke & Carter Caribbean team in 2018 and is a valued member of the Grenada sailing community. Originally from the UK, she started sailing in her mid 20’s on a sail training Tall Ship as well as some dinghy sailing. In 2004, Rosie and her husband started a new adventure and bought a sailing yacht in the Caribbean. After many years exploring the Caribbean, the north coasts of South America, the Western Caribbean, as well as much of the US East Coast, they decided to settle in Grenada in 2016. Rosie loves helping clients find their ‘dream’ boat, or sell when the time comes. Having bought and sold her own boats, and been a full time ‘yachtie’ for many years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and invaluable information about sailing in the Caribbean.
