This Maxi 84 has been constantly updated over the years. This design was a trendsetter in her time and with her Pelle Peterson design was classified as a fast cruiser that could be raced. Lilybet appears to be presented in extremely good condition and has an impressive inventory. An early viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to 5 berths in 2 cabins with approx. 6' maximum headroom. Forepeak with V-berth, infill to form double berth and stowage. Heads compartment to starboard with a marine toilet and sliding wash basin with hanging locker opposite. Saloon area with two settee berths and quarter berth to starboard side. Galley aft to port equipped with a Flavel 2-burner gas cooker with grill, stainless steel sink with manually pumped cold water supply, top loading refrigerator and ample stowage. Navigation area and quarter berth aft to starboard. Upholstered in light blue upholstery in saloon with complementing cream curtains.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the companionway is the Volvo Penta MD2020B marine diesel engine fitted new in 1998. 3 cylinders, 19hp, freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Saildrive to a fixed 2 bladed propeller. Saildrive fully serviced in 2023 including a new diaphragm. Engine annually serviced.

    Maxi 84 built by Maxi Yachts in 1982 to a Pelle Peterson design. Cream/white painted hull with style stripes (professional spray painted in 2006), superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Cast iron fin keel. Tiller steering to transom hung rudder. Self-draining cockpit and anchor well. Stainless steel rails. Last surveyed in 2020 ? report available.
