The Hunter Formula One was designed as a fun club racer, easily raced by a crew of three. The lifting keel enables easy trailing (with a suitable trailer), at present the owner hires a flatbad car transporter and winches the wheeled cradle up the ramps. 'Strider' has a recent set of Goacher sails and Clipper instruments and has a successful racing record including being the BJRC champion in 2006. The 2006 IRC handicap is 0.878.
