This is a glorious example of the well-respected Scanmar 345. She has been in her present ownership since 1998 and has been maintained and updated constantly since then. Seven berth layout with a single and double aft cabin, double forward and two in the saloon. Full suite of navigation electronics, four sails and even an overall winter cover make her inventory complete for her next owner.

Accommodation
Fitted out in high quality Mahogany woodwork and good headroom. She has a forward cabin with a removable infill to offer either a double or two single berths. The saloon has two settee berths (one U shaped) with drop leaf table between. The chart table is to starboard and is outboard facing with a swing out button navigator seat. The L shaped galley is opposite and to port. This has double stainless steel sinks (hot and cold pressurised supply), top loading fridge and Optimus two burner gas cooker with oven. Plenty of galley stowage. The double aft cabin is to port. There is a single berth aft cabin to starboard accessed via the heads compartment. The heads compartment has a Jabsco marine toilet (with 60 litre holding tank), basin and shower. Curtains to saloon and heads. Pale blue fabric upholstery in very good condition. Matching curtains. Hanging lockers and shelving to all sleeping cabins. Hot water via calorifier heated via the engine and 240V immersion heater. 125 litre water tank capacity.
Mechanical Systems
Located under companionway. 1991 Volvo Penta 2003 marine diesel engine. Three cylinders, 28hp. Saildrive to fixed two blade propeller (new ring and diaphragm in 2024). Single lever engine controls. 70 litre fuel capacity. The engine is professionally serviced and winterised annually by the onsite Yanmar dealers. New control cable and fuel lines in 2025.
Electrical Systems
Three 12v AGM batteries in two banks charging via engine alternator and 240v shore power charger. 2024 windlass AGM battery. Battery monitor system at chart table. Full shore power system with sockets throughout interior, immersion heater and battery charger.
Sails and Spars
Fractionally rigged Bermudan sloop. Keel stepped alloy mast and boom. Stainless-steel standing rigging (2016). Backstay tensioner. Terylene running rigging led aft to the cockpit. Harken Mk.IV 1 headsail furling system. Slab reefing to mainsail with lazyjacks. Selden rod kicker. Two sheet and two control line winches, all self tailing with covers. Six winch handles. Towing genoa cars. Main sheet traveller.

Built by Scanmar Yachts to Rolf Magnusson design in 1991. White hand laid grp hull with red style stripes at waterline and topsides. White grp coachroof with moulded non-skid decks. Teak laid cockpit seats and teak sole grating. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Cast iron fin keel. Whitlock wheel steering to single rudder. Stainless steel safety rails, stanchions and guard wires. Step thru bow rail. Alloy toe rails with six alloy mooring cleats. Hinging anchor stem head fitting. Five Lewmar deck hatches. Wintered ashore annually under 3 part cover. Keel bolts checked and re-torqued in 2021.
