Accommodation

Offering four berths in two cabins. Forward is a V-berth with storage underneath and opening deck hatch. Moving aft you have the heads compartment with a Jabsco marine toilet (new seals 2020) on the port side and a hanging locker opposite to starboard. In the saloon is an Origo fixed two-burner Spirit stove to port and a galley sink to starboard. Hand pumped cold water supply to galley sink. Two single settee berths on the port and starboard sides with removable bolsters to create extra width. Storage underneath. Upholstery (foam and covers) replaced to meet modern fire standards November 2020. Webasto diesel heater. All interior lighting upgraded to LED in 2020. Dual purpose Cabin and Cockpit table. 

Mechanical Systems

Single cylinder Yanmar GM10, 10hp diesel engine located under cockpit. Yanmar SD20 Saildrive to two blade Brunton feathering propeller (spare stoppers onboard). Electric start. Single lever control. New exhaust elbow March 2019. Raw water pump renewed in May 2021 along with strainer and all raw water pipework.

Construction

Etap 24i built in November 2002 by Etap Yachting. White GRP foam filled, double skinned hull with red style stripes. Double-skinned hull provides added buoyancy ("unsinkability") plus insulation both sound and temperature. White GRP decks with beige non-slip surfaces. Lead fin keel. Tiller steering to twin transom hung rudders. Self-draining cockpit. Alloy toe rails. Bow sprit incorporating anchor roller.
