Accommodation

Offering up to six berths, with two separate sleeping cabins. Teak colour fit out. Superb headroom throughout. The forward cabin has a large 2.07m double berth, deep cabinet with shelves and hanging locker opposite, plus hull side shelving and under berth storage. Moving into the saloon, there is U shaped settee to starboard with a drop leaf saloon table to centre. Single settee opposite to port, with upper storage cabinets around the saloon. Aft facing chart table to port with storage and laptop space. Large hanging locker by chart table and ceiling handrail. 

The L shaped galley is to starboard with double stainless steel sinks (hot and cold pressurised fresh water system, 40 litre hot water tank and tank gauge). Large top and bottom loading fridge/freezer (185 litre with ice shelf), Eno gimballed two burner gas cooker with two burners, grill and oven, and a vast amount of stowage.

The heads compartment is opposite to port with a basin and shower cubicle with plexiglass shower divider, Jabsco marine toilet and 50L holding tank. Access door to large cockpit locker. The spacious double aft cabin is to starboard with hanging locker and shelving. Shades and screens for hatches and ports.

Laminate flooring throughout in teak and holly. White fabric upholstery in the saloon. Flush mounted LED ceiling lights. Task lighting to heads and galley. 12V sockets in all cabins. Fusion Bluetooth stereo. Taylor made bedding for the boat. 

Mechanical Systems

Located under companionway in vented and soundproofed compartment is the Yanmar 3YM30 marine diesel engine. Three cylinders. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Saildrive to 3 bladed feathering Bruntons Autoprop. Sail drive diaphragm new in 2014. Single lever engine controls. Approximately 227 engine hours. Last serviced last season.

Twin wheel steering system to twin spade hung rudders. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Wood to cockpit seats and transom. Large cockpit and lazarette lockers. Liferaft locker. Washboard storage. Gas locker for twin bottles. Stainless steel safety rails and lifelines. Wood coachroof hand rails. Hull copper coated from new.

Topsides professionally polished in 2023.
