Accommodation

The accommodation offers six berths in two cabins. V berth forward with infill and stowage under. Opening hatch to deck. In saloon two settee berths both converting to doubles. Fixed table with drop leaves. Separate heads compartment to port with a marine toilet and washbasin. Hanging locker opposite. Steps up to open wheelhouse with helm to starboard and galley opposite. Two burner gas cooker. Stainless steel sink. Refrigerator. Good sized cockpit with fold down cockpit table. Eberspacher cabin heater.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the cockpit, Sole Mini 29, three cylinder 27hp marine diesel engine fitted new in 2010. Electric start. Seawater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to fixed pitch three bladed propeller. Single lever control. Approximately 120 litre fuel capacity. Rope cutter. Approximately 310 engine hours. Regularly serviced by the local Sole dealer. Recently had new heat exchanger, fuel pump and water pump.

Built in 1982 by LM Yachts to their own design. White GRP hull with style stripes. Black rubber rubbing strake. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to decks. Aft cockpit. Long keel. Keel hung rudder. Wheel steering with the provision to use a tiller as well. Self draining gas bottle stowage locker. Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and guardwires. Self draining anchor stowage locker.
