This Prout 38 offers two double cabins, plus third cabin converted into storage. 6.6 ft standing headroom and good ventilation throughout.
Main saloon & navigation area: Saloon with panoramic views. Large table with wrap-around settee with new upholstery & ‘chaise lounge extension’ with large stowage lockers beneath. The large chart table with chart stowage, light, instrument console & swing out seat lie to port.
Port aft hull: Master double berth with engine access and upholstered headboard. Hanging locker, cupboard and vanity unit with mirror. Opening hatch and portlight, reading lights, overhead light and teak & holly style floor and access to bilge and keel inspection hatch.
Port hull amidships storage area: Various hanging lockers, cupboards & shelves. Opening deck hatch, light, teak & holly style flooring, access to keel water tanks.
Port toilet & shower forward: Electric Quiet toilet and shower unit. Washbasin with hot & cold pressure water, shower. Bathroom cabinet. Electric pump-out to shower tray. Access door forward to walk-in workshop locker with opening deck hatch, buoyancy tank & access to bilge.

Starboard forward cabin: Converted into three level storage area. Coolbox refrigerator, 2 corner shelves, opening deck hatch, buoyancy tank.
Mechanical SystemsTwin 1998 Yanmar 3GM30F engines driving Yanmar SD20 saildrives; port eng hrs: 2570, Stbd eng hrs 2674. well maintained and in good running order complete with high output alternators, Serpentine drive belt upgrades. Racor P510MAM fuel polishing system.
Electrical Systems
Masthead sloop rigged, deck stepped aluminum mast with boom. Standing Rigging - 2015, inspected 2022, Running Rigging 2019. Slab reefing mainsail with lazy stack pack and furling headsail. Harkin winches throughout.
The GRP hull has fixed keels with skeg-hung rudders Last anti-fouled February 2023.
