Accommodation

Four berths in one cabin with 6'2" maximum headroom. Wrap-a-round dinette seating area forward with table which drops to form a generous double V berth with storage areas. Galley to port consisting of a single electric/alcohol hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, stainless steel sink with hot and cold water supply and storage. Opposite to starboard in a separate compartment is a marine toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water supply and combined shower head and storage. Holding tank with deck and overboard discharge. Aft cabin beneath cockpit sole offering a large double berth with portlight and storage areas. Pressurised hot and cold water supply throughout. Spacious aft cockpit with cream vinyl seating, sun pad and trim, storage lockers and cockpit table. Radar arch. Walk-thru transom to a bathing platform.

Mechanical Systems

Located under cockpit sole, Mercruiser MAG 300hp petrol engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls and electric start. Duo-Prop outdrive with power trim/tilt. Full engine instrumentation with voltmeter, temperature, oil pressure, trim indicator, speedometer and rev counter gauges. Hours unknown. 

There is some service records for the past few years. In 2023 the vendor fitted the following: circulation pump, serpentine belt, idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, thermostat, high pressure fuel pump, fuel regulator and spark plugs plus exhaust risers refurbished. Due to circumstances the new hydraulic ram pipes and cool fuel unit need to be fitted (parts on board) before the engine is run.

Maxum 2700 SE built by Maxum Boats Inc in 2003 to their own design. White GRP hull with blue styling stripe, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Self draining cockpit with GRP radar arch, walk-thru transom, integrated bathing platform and concealed swim ladder. Ultrasonic anti-fouling system.
