Accommodation The accommodation offers up to five berths in three cabins with approximately 6'2 maximum headroom. SALOON: Located forward and fitted with a large U shaped dinette settee that converts to a double berth, with stowage beneath and forward locker. GALLEY: To starboard, equipped with a gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel sink, refrigerator and storage. CHART TABLE: To port offering plenty of stowage, instrumentation and electrical distribution panel. AFT BERTH STARBOARD: Aft to starboard, separated from the saloon by a curtain and fitted with an opening hatch to cockpit, fixed portlight and hanging locker at entrance. HEADS: Separate heads compartment aft to port fitted with a marine toilet with 75L stainless steel holding tank, pull out wash basin and storage cupboard. AFT BERTH PORT: Accessed through the heads compartment via door. GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Hot and cold pressurised water supply via a calorifier with immersion coil. Large 200L freshwater capacity. Mechanical Systems Located abaft the companionway, Vetus M2.06 , twin cylinder,  16hp marine diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. 60L stainless steel fuel tank. Shaft drive to 3-bladed fixed propeller. Approx 6.4 knot cruising speed (subject to fouling and loading). The engine was last serviced in May 2022. Construction Midget 26 built in 2004 by Jachtwerf Gebr. de Kloet to their own design. White GRP hull with styling stripes, superstructure and decks with composite non-slip surfaces. Hull Coppercoated professionally in 2021. Long keel with encapsulated lead ballast. Tiller steering to transom/keel hung rudder. Aft self draining cockpit. This boat was featured in Practical Boat Owner magazine as "Mighty Midget 26, the roomiest 26ft yacht afloat". She has been in her present ownership for five years and she will be replaced with a bilge keel yacht when sold due to owners change of location.
