Accommodation

The interior layout includes 4 berths comprising of a large forward cabin containing a good sized double berth and two generous settee berths in the saloon.  In the forecabin, V berth with stowage.  Opening hatch to foredeck.  In saloon, two settee berths.  Fixed table with drop leaves.  Opening hatch to deck.  Galley to starboard.  Plastimo Neptune 4500 two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven.  Cool box.  Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water system.  Separate heads compartment opposite with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.  Eberspacher cabin heater.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway, Yanmar 3YM20 three cylinder 19hp diesel engine.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger.  Shaft drive to a Featherstream three bladed feathering propeller.  Single lever control.  Approximately 60 litre fuel capacity. Regularly serviced by local Yanmar dealers. Approximately 150 engine hours. Rope cutter.

Spars & Sails

Gaff cutter rigged.  Varnished Sitka Spruce spars (revarnished in 2019 and 2024 mast presently being made).  The mast is mounted in a tabernacle and the bowsprit can easily be raised to shorten the overall length in a marina.  Stainless steel standing rigging (2015).  Terylene running rigging.  Slab reefing mainsail.  Harken furling systems for yankee and staysail.  Lines led aft to cockpit.  Two Lewmar 16 self tailing control line winches.  Two Lewmar primary sheet winches.  Two secondary sheet winches.

Construction

Built in 2015 By Cornish Crabbers to a design by David Thomas.  Off white GRP hull with dark blue sheer stripe.  Teak rubbing strake. Off white GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck.  Long keel with lifting centreplate.  Keel hung rudder.  Tiller steering.  Aft self draining cockpit. Teak cockpit seating and sole.  Below the waterline, the hull has been coated with the Coppercoat antifouling system.
