Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to six berths within two cabins. In the forecabin, there is a double V-berth and stowage below. Opening hatch to the foredeck. Full width heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet and a pressurised hot and cold water supply to an extendable shower. Wet locker opposite to starboard. Stepping aft into the saloon, there is a U-shaped dinette to port with a single drop leaf table to centre, that drops to form a double berth. Single settee berth opposite to starboard. Good stowage around the saloon provide by handy lockers and shelving. The L-shape galley is in the port quarter which has a Techimpex two burner gas cooker with a grill and oven. Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water supply, as well as a separate manual cold water supply. Top loading fridge. Opposite to starboard, is the forward facing chart table with the electrical distribution panel, navigation equipment and chart stowage. Single quarter berth behind. Approximately 70 litre freshwater capacity. Cream vinyl upholstery. Curtains.
Mechanical Systems
Located behind the companionway, is the Beta BD 722 three cylinder 20 HP naturally aspirated diesel engine, installed new in 2004. Electric start, fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft drive via a reduction gearbox to a fixed 3 bladed propeller. Single lever controls. Engine exhaust temperature alarm. Approximately 33 litre fuel tank. Approximately 645 engine hours. Annually serviced by knowledgeable owner.
