Accommodation
Six berths in two cabins with good headroom. From forward: Forward cabin with V berth infill to make a double. Good stowage under berths and on hull shelving. The heads compartment is full width and has the Jabsco marine toilet, shower and moulded basin to port with a full length handing locker to starboard. Hot and cold pressurised hot water system via engine calorifier and 240V immersion heater. 75 litres water capacity. The saloon has a U shaped dinette to port (converting to a double berth) and settee berth to starboard with double leaf folding table between. The forward facing chart table is to starboard with L shaped galley to port. The Nelson gas cooker has two burners, grill and oven. Stainless steel sink. Fridge to top loading fridge. Large quarter berth behind the cockpit table. TV/DVD player. Eberspacher diesel fired central heating system. High quality light blue velour upholstery. Curtains.
Mechanical Systems
Located under companionway. Year 2011 Bukh DV-24 marine diesel engine. 24hp. Shaft drive to three blade feathering propeller with rope cutter. Steel fuel tank with 77 litres capacity. Single lever engine controls. Hours unknown. The engine is serviced annually by the on site marine engineers.
Electrical Systems
Three 12v batteries (domestic, engine start & windlass) ? two new in 2022. Charging via engine alternator & shore power charger. Full 240v system with sockets and immersion heater.

Masthead Bermudan sloop rig. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom by Kemp Masts Ltd. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2017, with backstay tensioner. Terylene running rigging mostly lead aft to the cockpit. Furlex 200S headsail furling system. Slab reefing to mainsail. Harken 40 self tailing primary winches. Lewmar 14 self tailing secondary sheet winches. Three assorted reefing and control lines winches. Spinnaker pole. Lazyjacks.

Built by Sadler Yachts Ltd in 1980. White grp hull with red style stripe. White grp coachroof with moulded and painted non skid decks. Cast iron fin keel (5ft6in draft). Tiller steering to skeg hung rudder. Hull Coppercoated in 2014 (will need re-doing shortly). Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Teak slats to cockpit seats and sole. Alloy toe rails. Teak coachroof handrails. Stainless steel safety rails and stanchions. Alloy framed windows. Last surveyed in 2017 for insurance and all recommendations carried out. Cruised locally plus Belgium, Holland and France.
