This 1981 Bruce Roberts Offshore 45 wasn't officially launched until 2004 into the fresh water lakes of Canada. She was not fully completed until 2009/10 when her mast was finally stepped and her sails bent on. She is a proven bluewater cruiser with classic lines, exceptional strength, comfort and capability. The layout offers up to 7 berths in 2 cabins + saloon. There is full 6'3" standing headroom and good ventilation throughout.
Starting forward is the private guest stateroom which contains a decent sized V berth, and a single bunk, as well as plenty of storage and ventilation.
The saloon is roomy with settees either side of centre-line dinette table and storage outboard. New burgundy settee upholstery.
The galley is to starboard, aft of saloon and has a Force 10, 3 burner with oven and broiler propane gimballed stove set in a Corian counter. There is a 12v/110v Nova Kool fridge and freezer and double stainless sinks with pressurized hot and cold water. On the walk thru to the aft cabin there are plenty of storage lockers outboard and side access to the engine compartment to port. The engine is easily accessible on all sides.
The side facing nav station lies just aft and to port of the saloon complete with chart table, navigation and electrical panels.
The heads is to the port side aft of the nav station with manual heads wash basin and separate shower cubical.
The aft master cabin accessed via the walk thru on the starboard side has a centre line queen berth with plenty of storage and cubby holes for clothes.

Deck stepped, masthead, cutter rigged aluminium mast and boom. Standing rigging - New 2024/5, running rigging 2025. Slab reefing mainsail with lazy jacks and Tidesmarine track and slide system. Harken roller reefing genoa and staysail. Schaefer deck hardware.
