Accommodation

Offering up to 7 berths in a generous interior. Up forward is a double V berth with storage underneath, hanging locker and deck opening hatch. Aft of the forecabin on the starboard side is the heads with a manual marine toilet and basin. Opposite the heads to port is a large hanging locker. As you move into the saloon you have a U-shaped settee to starboard which turns into a double berth. Double dropped leaf table in the centre and a single settee berth to port. Good storage beneath and behind both settees. In port quarter in the U-shaped galley with a stainless-steel sink and a Nelson gas 2 burner hob with oven and grill. Top opening coolbox. Good storage as well around the galley. Opposite in the starboard quarter. Is the chart table with the electrical distribution panel, some of the navigation equipment and chart stowage. Behind is the large double quarter berth. Blue upholstery. Curtains. CD/Radio.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the companionway stairs is the Beta Marine diesel engine fitted new in 2008. 35hp, four cylinders, naturally aspirated. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft driven to fixed 3 blade propellor. Rope cutter. Approximately 150 litre steel diesel tank. Regularly serviced by the knowledgeable owner.

    Built in 1982 by Marine Projects to a design of Angus Primrose. White GRP hull with blue style stripes. White GRP deck and superstructure. Painted non-slip finish to the deck. Cast iron fin keel. Wheel steering to a skeg hung rudder.
