This classic Henri Wauquiez-designed Amphitrite 43 combines timeless French craftsmanship with ocean-ready strength and comfort. Built in 1985 and lovingly maintained, she offers a perfect balance of performance, safety, and livability for extended cruising or comfortable coastal adventures. She spent her first 33 years exclusively in the Chesapeake Bay before her current owner bought her to the Caribbean in 2018. They have continued to maintain and improve her with recent upgrades including: Custom Integrated Davits and Solar Panels 2021, Solar Panels 2023, Raymarine Chart Plotter 2021, Standing Rigging 2022, Bimini 2023, Lithium Batteries 2022. Three-cabin, two-head offering up to 9 berths. The center-cockpit configuration provides generous headroom and separation between cabins, ideal for family cruising or hosting guests.
Forward Cabin: A comfortable V-berth with infill converts to a large double. Plenty of storage in lockers and drawers, with natural light from overhead hatches. Access to the forward head compartment with marine toilet, washbasin, and shower.
Saloon: Features a U-shaped settee around a large dining table to starboard and a straight settee to port—both offering additional berths when needed.
Galley: To starboard, well-appointed L-shaped galley to port, equipped with a Force 10 two-burner gas stove and oven - 2019, top-loading frigoboat keel cooled fridge with small freezer plate and Engle portable freezer. Double stainless-steel sinks, with pressurized water and sea water foot pump. Plenty of lockers and generous count space. Aft of the galley, small workshop room housing the generator and small work area.
Navigation Station: Opposite the galley, a proper forward-facing chart table with full instrumentation and electrical panel within easy reach.
Walk Thru: To part the walk thru to the aft cabin has an outboard single bunk with storage below
Aft Cabin: The private owner’s suite aft features a queen size berth, dressing seat, hanging locker, and ensuite head with toilet, basin, and shower. Excellent ventilation and comfort.

Soul Shine was built in 1985 in France. She has a GRP hull and superstructure with lead ballast encapsulated keel with keg hung rudder. Painted decks. Last anti fouled Feb 2025.
