This Victoria 26 is a beautifully fitted out long-keeled cruiser with an impeccable pedigree. Small enough to be cheap to moor and easy to handle, yet tough enough for long-distance passage making. A lovely little double ender. Anthem is fitted with a recent 14 hp Nanni engine, Flexiteek decks, anchor windlass. A fantastic little boat.

Accommodation

The accommodation is simple, and offers up to 4 berths in a very nicely finished with a teak fitout and blue upholstery. In the forecabin, there is a double V-berth with an infill. Good stowage under and a deck opening hatch. Separate heads compartment to starboard with a Jabsco manual marine toilet. In the saloon, there are two single settee berths to port & starboard. Drop down saloon table to centre. Good stowage provided through generous cupboards behind the berths. The compact linear galley is in port quarter, equipped with an Plastimo two-burner gas hob, grill & oven. Pressurised hot and cold water system. Coolbox. Opposite to starboard, there is a drop-down chart table and hanging locker for your wet weather gear.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway is the Nanni marine diesel engine fitted new in 2013. Twin cylinder, 14hp, naturally aspirated. Freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Electric start. Single lever controls. Approximately 40 litre fuel tank with sight guage.. Regularly serviced. Shaft drive to a fixed three blade propeller.

    Built in 1986 by Victoria Yachts to a design by Chuck Paine. White painted GRP hull with blue style line. Cream GRP superstructure. Long keel with encapsulated lead ballast. Teak cockpit coamings, Flexiteek to decks, cockpit seating and self-draining cockpit (all replaced 2019). Teak coach roof handrails. Tiller steering to transom keel hung rudder. Hull below water line sandblasted in 2018 and hull professionally resprayed by Robertsons of Woodbridge in 2019.
