The Beneteau First 325 is a cruiser-racer sailboat designed by Jean Berret. It is an easily handled boat and ideal as a starter cruiser. It features a fin keel, spade hung rudder, and a modern layout with two double cabins. The boat is known for its spacious interior and fast & balanced sailing performance. Dans La Rouge is functional and appears in a fair condition for her age. It is a compelling package coming with numerous extras.

Accommodation

Offering up to six berths with two cabins and two settee berths. The forecabin offers a V berth with stowage underneath and a hatch opening to the foredeck. The generous saloon features the two settee berths and a fixed table with drop leaves, as well as a wall mounted TV. There is a forward-facing chart table to starboard with the electrical distribution panel and some navigation equipment. The galley is opposite to port, which offers a two-burner gimballed gas cooker including a stove, an oven, as well as two stainless-steel sink basins and a top opening fridge. The separate head is on the port side aft of the galley, equipped with a pump operated marine toilet and washbasin. Aft cabin is to starboard with a double berth. The upholstery is finished in grey/blue.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway steps is the Volvo Penta 2003 marine diesel engine. 28hp, 3 cylinders, fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. with a fuel capacity of 68 litres. The engine was last serviced in June 2025 and included and impeller, oil, and coolant change. Starter motor was changed in 2023. The propeller is a folding, 3 blade and equipped with a rope cutter.
