The Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter is considered by many to be the highest quality motorsailer within their class, and combines a large aft cockpit with a surprisingly spacious cruising interior for their size. ?SY' is fitted with the preferred aft facing wheelhouse and is practically a new boat! She boasts many upgrades in the last 2 years including new sails, rigging, engine, windlass, electronics and much, much more! She truly is a superb example!

Accommodation

The Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter accommodation offers 4 berths in 2 cabins and is attractively finished with rich hardwood linings and furniture, blue upholstery, and offers good standing headroom throughout (approx. 6'1" max). Up forward there is a lovely V berth with an infill to form a double berth, shelves, lockers, and hatch to foredeck, with a large hanging locker in the passageway before the entrance. The Separate heads compartment is to port with a RM69 marine toilet (new in 2023 with all new fittings), shower, washbasin, opening portlight, and storage. Moving aft into the traditional style saloon, there is a large L-shaped settee to port, fixed table with drop leaves to centre and settee berth opposite to starboard. Excellent storage is easily accessed in a range of cupboards, shelves, and lockers. Fusion stereo system with speakers (new in 2023). The L-shaped galley is in the starboard quarter, which is very convenient for the companionway. The galley is equipped with an Techimpex XL2 gimballed two-burner gas cooker with oven (new in 2023 including pipes), Frigoboat refrigerator (2024), twin stainless-steel sinks, and ample storage and working space. The chart table is opposite in the port quarter with the electrical distribution panel and some navigation equipment. Hot and cold pressurised water supply throughout via a calorifier with an immersion coil. All new taps and water filter in 2023. Wallas paraffin heater and controls (new in 2025). Blue upholstery throughout.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the wheelhouse sole is the Yanmar 4JH57 marine diesel engine, fitted new in 2023. 57hp, 4 cylinders, shaft driven to a 3 bladed propeller. Freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Approximately 200 hours. Electric start. Single lever controls. Engine was fitted by the local Yanmar dealer in 2023 including all new allied components (stern gear & tube, water system, electrics & electronics). Approximately 150 litre fuel tank (removed and cleaned in 2023). Annually serviced. Side-Power bowthruster.

    Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter built in 1989 by Hallberg Rassy to a design by Olle Enderlein. White GRP hull, superstructure. Teak laid ring deck. Permateek to the coachroof and doghouse roof (2024). Teak toe rail. Long keel with encapsulated ballast. Wheel steering to keel hung rudder. New glass to all hatches (2023). All skin fittings and seacocks replaced in 2023. 2023 survey report available.
