The Gib'sea 242 is a fantastic family starter boat and a great all rounder. With a swing keel she is great for the tidal estuaries but is equally at home at sea. A roomy, versatile, and affordable intro into cruising. Trailer included.

Accommodation

Offering 5 berths in one open layout cabin. A V berth forward, settees just aft with a dropleaf table in-between. A small galley is to port with a burner and wash basin. Just aft to port is the heads compartment with chemical marine toilet. Opposite you'll find the chart able, and just aft is the open double berth.

Built in 1990 by Gilbert Marine to a Groupe Gaal design. White GRP hull with lavender styling stripe. White GRP deck with moulded non-slip finish. Swing Keel. Tiller steering. Transom hung lifting rudder.
