The Moody 376, designed by Bill Dixon, has proved hugely successful. Robustly built by Marine Projects, these spacious and easily handled family cruisers haver stood the test of time well and remain as popular as ever. Miss Saigon has been in her present ownership since 2020 and has been carefully used and maintained to a high standard by her knowledgeable owners and is now only for sale due to relocation. With her shallow draft Scheel keel she is ideal for exploring the East Coast and beyond.

Accommodation
The layout offers up to seven berths with two double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation. In the forecabin, V berth with infill and stowage under. Opening hatch to deck. Hanging locker. En-suite heads compartment with Lavac electric marine toilet, shower and washbasin. The heads can also be accessed from the saloon. In the saloon, dinette to port with single settee berth opposite. Fixed table with drop leaves. Opening hatch to deck. Chart table to starboard with galley opposite. Plastimo Neptune 2000 two-burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Cooker removed and professionally refurbished 2020. Gas safety certificate January 2020. Twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water supply. Hot water heated by engine or immersion heater. 250 litre freshwater capacity. Refrigerator. Walk through to aft cabin with single berth to starboard. In aft cabin, double berth to port with settee opposite. Hanging locker and good general stowage. Mechanical Systems
Located in insulated compartment under the cockpit, Thorneycroft T80 four cylinder 35hp diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive via P-bracket to fixed two-blade propeller. Rope cutter. Electric start. Single lever control. 204 litre fuel capacity. Cruising speed under power approx. 6.5 knots. The engine has been regularly serviced and has a history of good maintenance. Shallow draft cast iron Scheel keel. Skeg hung rudder. Wheel steering. Self-draining centre cockpit. Teak laid cockpit seating (new 2019). Sugar scoop transom with boarding ladder. Hull epoxied below waterline 2013. Saloon and aft cabin windows renewed 2019.
