The Beneteau Oceanis 311 is a popular family cruising yacht, offering comfortable accommodation together with rewarding and easily managed sailing characteristics. Kephi II is a particularly well-presented example and is in very good condition for her age. She has benefitted from significant recent expenditure, including replacement standing and running rigging in 2023, a new fully battened Crusader mainsail and 100% genoa in 2025, together with a new propeller shaft, stern seal and cutlass bearing in 2023. Her sprayhood and frame were renewed in 2024, with new spray dodgers following in 2025. The original-style Oceanis 311 hull graphics have also been replaced with more modern alternatives, giving Kephi II a noticeably fresher and more contemporary appearance than many examples of her age.

Moving aft into the saloon, there are two settees situated on either side of the saloon with a dining table centrally mounted. Both settees can be used as single berths. Aft to port is the L-shaped galley fitted with a two-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, refrigerator, stainless steel sink and ample storage for cruising provisions and utensils. Opposite, to starboard, is the aft facing navigation station with chart table and electrical distribution panel. The separate heads compartment is located aft of the navigation table to starboard and fitted with a Jabsco manual marine toilet, washbasin and shower facilities. Jabsco pump unit renewed in 2024. Also good wet hanging stowage. Hot and cold pressurised water is supplied throughout. The aft cabin to port offers a spacious double berth extending beneath the cockpit, together with hanging locker and useful storage. Webasto diesel fired cabin heating. Hot water supplied via the engine. Approximately 185-litre freshwater capacity.
Mechanical Systems
Located beneath the companionway is the Volvo Penta MD2020-C 18hp three-cylinder diesel engine. Indirect freshwater cooling and conventional shaft drive to a two-bladed fixed propeller . Approximately 864.7 engine hours recorded. Approximately 70-litre plastic fuel tank. Rope cutter fitted. A new propeller shaft, Volvo Black Jack stern seal and cutlass bearing were fitted by Fox's in 2023. In 2025 the engine coolant was drained, the system flushed and refilled with fresh coolant. A new air filter was fitted and the seawater pump bearings, seals and shaft were replaced together with a new impeller. The seawater system was also winterised using non-toxic biodegradable antifreeze/inhibitor. In 2026 the fuel tank and diesel were cleaned and the fuel filters changed. The engine oil and filter were changed in September 2026. Cruising speed approximately 6 knots with a maximum speed of approximately 7.5 knots. Fuel consumption approximately 2-2.4 litres per hour.

Construction
Built by Beneteau in 2000 to a Jean-Marie Finot design of Groupe Finot. Hull Number 373. White GRP hull with white GRP deck and moulded non-slip finish. Cast iron fin keel with bulb. Spade hung rudder and wheel steering. Kephi II is presented in very good condition for her age. Of particular note externally, the typical hull graphics associated with Oceanis 311s of this era have been replaced with more modern alternatives. The change gives her a cleaner, more contemporary appearance and helps make her look noticeably younger than her actual years. The hull was antifouled and the anodes replaced in 2026, with the hull anode studs also replaced in 2026. The owner reports no known previous osmosis treatment or significant defects.
