Magic Touch is a factory finished, fin keel Hunter Channel 31. In current ownership for over 6 years having had 2 previous owner from new. Accommodation

Magic Touch has 4 berths across 1 aft cabins and the saloon. Aft she has a spacious double cabin with enough room for two adults. The saloon has two further single berths and the forward cabin has been converted into sail storage but could easily be reinstated as a v berth. Upholstery new 2019 The galley is equipped with a Neptune two-burner gas hob with oven and grill (2018), hot and cold pressurised water and a frigo keel cooled fridge. The heads has a Jabsco sea toilet and a wash basin, also with hot and cold pressurised water. There is Eberspacher cabin heating.

Mechanical Systems

In an insulated engine room under the companionway is a Beta 25hp inboard diesel engine, cooled via heat exchanger, that powers a three-bladed feathering propeller on a shaft. She holds approximately 58 litres of diesel in a stainless steel tank. The engine has new oil and filters annually serviced by the owners for the last 6 years.
