Not every remarkable yacht comes from a household name?and that?s exactly why the CR310 stands out. Built on Orust, the spiritual home of Sweden?s finest yards, and shaped by Charles Rutgersson after his years at Hallberg Rassy, the CR310 reflects a builder who refused to compromise; materials chosen for longevity, structures for strength, and solutions for sailors rather than accountants. For buyers who appreciate quiet excellence, Grand Cru is a chance to own something genuinely special. Described in a PBO New Boat review as "A Swish Swede that really sails" following a fast and well-mannered extensive sail trial.

Accommodation
Grand Cru benefits from generous accommodation for her size ? offering 6 berths across 2 cabins and the saloon. Starting forward, the forecabin provides a generous V berth with infill, offering comfortable sleeping for two. Opening deck hatch provides adequate lighting. Storage beneath the berths, as well as hanging storage to starboard. A solid door separates the cabin from the saloon for privacy. Moving aft, the main saloon features two settees, each suitable for use as generously wide single berths thanks to the lifting seat backs. Opening deck hatch and deck level fixed portlights flood the saloon with light. Heating provided by Airtronic system. Under the port settee is a stainless-steel water tank (130litres). Under the starboard settee you find the battery banks, along with some storage. A central, folding leaf table provides excellent support on either tack and incorporates bottle storage. Hull mounted shelves and lockers run the length of the saloon, giving ample stowage for extended cruising. To starboard of the companionway is the navigation area with chart table, 12v distribution panel and instrument space. Storage for charts and pilot books within the table. Opposite, to port, sits the galley, equipped with a gimballed twin burner gas cooker featuring grill and oven (Eno), deep stainless steel sink, and well insulated top loading fridge with Isotherm ASU system. Corian work surfaces and lockers arranged for secure use at sea. Aft to starboard is the wet heads compartment, fitted with marine WC, washbasin with shower and wet storage area. Ventilation provided via an opening portlight. 40 litre holding tank. To port, the aft cabin offers a large double berth with good sitting headroom at the entrance, hanging locker, and additional stowage beneath. Opening portlights provide natural light and airflow.
