Accommodation
Offering up to six berths in three cabins including saloon, with good standing headroom. She has a smart, teak internal fit out. Up forward in the fore cabin, there is a large double V-berth with stowage underneath and a deck opening hatch. Stepping into the saloon, there are two single settee berths to port and starboard either side of a fixed saloon table with double drop leaves. The L-shaped galley is to port with twin stainless steel sinks, fridge unit to cool box, gas cooker with two burners and oven. Plenty of galley stowage. Opposite to starboard is the forward-facing chart table, 12V distribution panel, navigation equipment and chart stowage. The separate heads compartment is in the starboard quarter with marine toilet, sink and shower. Aft cabin is in the port quarter with a large double berth and hanging locker. Pressurised hot and cold fresh water system throughout with a 120 litre water capacity in polythene tank. Teak and holly saloon floor. White PVC to chart seat, blue fine Draylon upholstery elsewhere. White curtains throughout. Eberspacher diesel fired central heating system. Radio/CD player.
Mechanical Systems
Located behind the companionway stairs in a sound proof and vented engine bay is the Yanmar 2GM marine diesel engine (2002). 18hp, 2 cylinders, fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Sail drive to a folding 2 bladed propeller. Saildrive diaphragm replaced in 2025. Approximately 450 engine hours. Approximately 53 litre stainless steel fuel tank. Annually serviced.

Keel stepped fractional sloop rig with twin spreaders by John Masts. Silver anodised aluminium mast in 2010 and boom in 2002. Discontinuous rod rigging (2023). Spectra running rigging (2024). Alloy and carbon spinnaker poles. Rod kicker. Cascade type backstay tensioner, new ropes 2019. Towing genoa cars. Slab reefing to mainsail with lazy jacks. Uprated Harken main sheet track. Harken Unit 1 Headsail furling system(new 2023). Lewmar 30 self-tailing secondary winches. Lewmar 44 self-tailing primary winches. The mast was replaced in 2010 as it had developed a fault above the gooseneck.

Built by X-Yachts A/S, Denmark in 2002. White foam cored grp hull with light grey broad waterline stripes. Hull epoxied from new. White grp coachroof with light grey side decks with moulded non skid pattern. Black alloy toe rails. Lead/iron fin keel linked to steel hull rib system for excellent with distribution. Tapered alloy rudder stock with low friction needle bearings. Tiller steering. Self draining anchor well and cockpit. Six in total cockpit lockers. Sugar scoop type transom. Stainless steel mooring cleats, coachroof handrails, stanchions and guard wires. Step through bow rail. 2020 acrylic washboards. Last surveyed in 2020 with all recommendations carried out.
