The Beneteau First 31.7 is a popular performance cruiser offering rewarding sailing together with practical accommodation for family cruising. Woodstock II was built in 2003 and has been in her present ownership (and only her second set of owners!) for some 13 years, during which time she has been based on the River Blackwater and cruised the East Coast. The owners advise that she has not been raced during their ownership, having been used as a fast cruising yacht. She has clearly benefited from a comprehensive programme of maintenance and updating. Significant recent expenditure includes replacement standing rigging, saildrive diaphragm and seals and a new 140% genoa in 2022, replacement batteries, seacocks and skin fittings, Seldén Furlex 204S roller reefing gear and saildrive shaft re-sleeving in 2024, together with continued annual engine and saildrive servicing. The Lewmar winches were most recently serviced in April 2026. Woodstock II is a fine example of a First 31.7, showing much younger than her age suggests.

Accommodation
Six berths across two cabins and saloon. Starting forward is a V-berth with infill providing two berths. Hanging storage and shelves to both sides, and overhead opening deck hatch for light and ventilation. Moving aft the saloon provides port and starboard settee berths making an additional two berths, either side of a central twin leaf folding table with integrated bottle storage. Aft to starboard is the forward facing navigation area with navigation equipment and 12v distribution panel. Opposite the galley is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker with oven, fridge, stainless steel sink with mixer tap and plentiful storage, particularly useful for the included Beneteau crockery/tableware set. Further aft on the port side is the aft cabin, with a generous double berth extending beneath the cockpit. Good sitting headroom and hanging stowage. On the starboard side is the separate heads compartment with Jabsco manual marine toilet, washbasin, shower (fitted with mixer tap) and wet hanging stowage. Pressurised hot and cold water, water heated via engine or immersion heater. Cabin heating via Eberspächer Airtronic D2 diesel heater. Curtains and carpets throughout.
