This is a 2004 built example of the ever popular Beneteau Antares 7.10. ?Navigator? has the 155hp Volvo Penta marine diesel which cruises all day at 12 knots with a maximum speed of some 20 knots. A very clever design for sports fishing or just coastal cruising. Great accommodation plus a spacious cockpit, suitable for all British weather! Her inventory includes electric windlass, heating and marine toilet. Well worth early inspection. A November 2023 survey is available on request.

Accommodation

Down below from the wheelhouse there is a single cabin with galley to port, dinette to starboard plus a separate heads compartment forward with a Jabsco marine toilet. The galley has a sink with pressurised cold fresh water supply, simple Marksman singe burner cannister type gas cooker, Coolmatic front loading fridge and plenty of storage. The dinette is to starboard and offer a good single berth and table. Opening deck hatch. 3Kw diesel fired blown air central heating system. Up the stairs to the wheelhouse. This has two padded helm seats, storage to port and access to the cockpit via a sliding patio type door. Full engine controls and instruments plus navigation electronics all to hand for the helm person. Radio/MP3 player.

Mechanical Systems

Located under forward end of cockpit under large hatch for easy access. Volvo Penta TAMD 31P, four cylinder, turbocharged 155hp marine diesel engine. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to three blade bronze propeller. Rope cutter to shaft. Morse single lever engine control. 130 litres fuel capacity in single under floor Polypropylene tank. Approx. 12 knots cruising and 20 knots maximum speeds (subject to loading and fouling). The engine has recorded some 660 hours from new and was last serviced in 2025 including new cutless bearing and R&D shaft coupling.

Two 12V batteries charging via engine alternator, solar panel and Cristec 240V battery charger. 240V ring mains with socket.

    Construction

    Built by Beneteau in 2004. White GRP hull with blue style stripes. Underwater hull has been epoxy treated as a preventative measure. White GRP coachroof with moulded non-skid decks. Large self-draining cockpit with teak capping rails. Large self-draining anchor well forward. Stainless steel safety rails. Alloy framed windows and sliding cockpit door. All seacocks recently replaced with composite Trudesign valves. Fast flare-shaped bow, walkaround side decks and large deep well-protected cockpit. Wheel (cable) and tiller steering.
