Accommodation

Offering up to 6 berths in a bright and airy interior. Up forward there is a V berth with storage underneath. Deck opening hatch. In the saloon there are two single settee berths either side of the fixed saloon table. Good storage around the saloon. Forward facing chart table to port with instruments and controls. L shaped galley to starboard with a two-burner gas hob with oven. Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water. Top opening refrigerator. Large heads compartment in the port quarter with marine toilet & holding tank, basin. Large double cabin in the starboard quarter with a hanging locker. Blue upholstery throughout. Cabin heater (completely overhauled in 2024). Fusion bluetooth radio with NMEA connection. Gas system renewed in 2024.

    Hanse 312 built in 2004 by Hanse Yachts to a Judel and Vrolijck design. White GRP hull with style stripes. White GRP superstructure and decks with non-slip surfaces. Teak laid cockpit seats. Cast iron shoal draft fin keel. Tiller steering to spade hung rudder with emergency tiller system. Self-draining aft cockpit. Last surveyed in 2023.
