The Merry Fisher 805 is a versatile boat that works equally well as a sports fisher or weekend cruiser with her inboard Volvo diesel engine providing economy and reliability. ?Zafiro? is a well-cared for example having recently been fully serviced and is fitted with a bow thruster, electric windlass and full cockpit canopy. Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to four berths in a forward cabin with a double berth and a convertible saloon dinette that also forms a double berth. Green upholstery and curtains. Forward cabin with double berth. Technika flat screen TV/DVD on forward bulkhead. Separate heads compartment to starboard with marine toilet and wash basin. 50 litre holding tank with macerator and deck discharge facility. Pressurised cold water to wash basin and sink from 100 litre water tank. Galley with two burner gas stove, sink and Dometic 12v upright fridge. Dinette opposite galley with forward seat converting to navigators seating. In-fill cushion to convert dinette to a double berth. Helmsman?s seat to starboard with engine controls and electronics. Sliding patio doors to cockpit.

Mechanical Systems

Single Volvo TAMD41-P, six cylinder, 200hp turbo charged diesel engine located under saloon floor. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive with PSS seal to four-blade propeller via P-bracket. P-bracket re-bedded 2024. Single lever control. 230 litre plastic fuel tank. Max. speed 20 knots, cruising speed 12 knots. Average consumption approx. 1 litre per nautical mile. Engine serviced September 2025. Sleipner SE50 bow thruster (fitted new in 2023).

Electrical Systems

2 x 12 volt batteries (one engine start, one domestic) charging from engine alternator. Shore power system with battery charger and sockets. Galvanic isolator fitted in-line on the shore power cable.

Aft self-draining cockpit with large cockpit locker below. Steps up to wheelhouse roof. Two rod holders in cockpit coamings. Underwater hull antifouled and new anodes fitted August 2025.
