Description
This is a lifting keel example of the ever popular Beneteau Oceanis 323 Clipper. Latitudes has been in her present ownership since 2009 (2nd owner) and has been meticulously maintained and upgraded since. Recent works from 2018 include new standing rigging, Coppercoat antifoul system to her hull, solar battery charging and new navigation equipment plus much more. She also has notable upgrades such as bow thruster, twin headsail furling systems electric anchor windlass, Lithium battery and central heating system.

Accommodation
Up to six berths in modern layout with double cabins forward and aft plus two single berths in the saloon. From forward: Large forward cabin with a double berth, hanging locker to port plus stowage under berth. Access to forehatch. The saloon has two settee berths (one converting to a double) with a double drop leaf table between. There is an aft facing chart table to the end of the starboard berth. The L shaped galley is to port ? this has a stainless steel sink, top loading fridge and double burner cooker with oven. The very large heads compartment is opposite the galley and to starboard. This has a shower, basin, marine toilet (with holding tank and 2018 macerator), hanging locker and custom Iroko flooring. The double aft cabin is accessed via the galley. This has a vast double berth and a good hanging locker. Full hot and cold pressurised fresh water system with 160 litres capacity and stern swim shower. Mechanical Systems
Located under the companionway with excellent access. This is a year 2005 Yanmar 3YM20 marine diesel engine. 19hp. Shaft drive to fixed blade propeller with rope cutter. 75 litre plastic fuel tank. Approx 5.5. cruising and 7 knots maximum speed (subject to loading and fouling). Fuel polishing system. New engine mounts in 2018. Speedseal impeller upgrade. BOW THRUSTER with helm and remote controls.
Electrical Systems
Three 12v batteries (2023 Lithium & 2022, lead acid) charging via engine alternator, shore power charger and solar panel on stern gantry 2020. Victron Bluetooth charge controller. Full 240v shore power system with sockets, charger and immersion heater.
Sails and Spars
Fractional Bermudan sloop rig. Anodised aluminium mast and boom by Z Spars. Stainless steel standing rigging, new in 2018. Terylene running rigging led aft to the cockpit. Slab reefing to mainsail with stack pack. Two headsail furling systems, 2019. Two self tailing Harken sheet winches. Harken self tailing coachroof control line winch. Four winch handles.

Built by Group Beneteau in 2005 to a 2006 specification. White grp hull with style stripes and Coppercoat antifouling (2018) and 2 x Ultra ultrasonic antifoul systems. White grp coachroof TekDec teak effect non skid decks. Cast iron shallow keel with lifting plate, worm drive type lifting mechanism. Draft with keel up is 0.8m and 1.9m with it down. Wheel steering to twin rudders (wheel rotates for easy marina access). Self draining cockpit with custom Iroko sole and anchor well. Sugar scoop type transom. Stainless steel safety rails and stanchions. Skin fittings and seacocks changed in 2018. LED lighting She has been her current ownership since 2009 (2nd owner) and he has cruised the UK, France and Holland.
