Accommodation
Two cabin layout with one heads and separate shower compartment
The fit out has one floor level with no door sills, leather wrapped hand rails, LED lighting and both double berths are completely rectangular. Tropezian upholstery in the saloon plus upholstered main bulkheads, blinds and screens for windows and hatches.
There is a good size chart table at the navigation station. This has all the electrical panels, including Navicolour supervision system plus laptop and gear storage.
The L shaped galley has double stainless steel sinks, gas cooker with grill and oven, and a large 160 litre fridge. Corian worktops. Waste bin and cutlery drawer. Very wide additional galley drawer under the port saloon berth end. Wine bottle stowage under the saloon sole.
The heads compartment has a marine toilet with holding tank and a sink plus plenty of storage. Hot and cold pressurised fresh water system. There is a dedicated shower compartment entirely separate from the heads compartment with a locker and removable oilskin hanging bar plus access door to the huge cockpit locker.
Saloon has the large folding Luxe table with double berth conversion and settee berth to starboard with a fixed arm rest.
The aft cabin has a large double berth (2.00m x 1.82m) and fully retractable access door for more space. Workshop/cockpit locker on the port side on the single cabin layout.
The forward cabin has an offset rectangular double berth (2.00m x 1.35m). Two large hull ports plus two excellent hanging lockers with shelving.
Four large hull ports, many opening ports (including 3 in the aft cabin) and flush deck hatches. 12V USB plugs in cabins. Indirect lighting, lamps on bulkheads, RA70N fusion player (radio/USB/Bluetooth) with saloon and cockpit speakers.
Spars & Sails
Fractional double spreader rig by Selden, deck stepped. Boom with lowered gooseneck for additional sail area and ease of packing the sail away and putting the halyard on the head. Rod kicker. Harken self tailing primary and secondary winches. All sheets led aft to the helm positions with a German mainsheet system. Lazyjacks. Y bridle mainsheet system. Adjustable sheet friction rings. Facnor headsail furling system. Single line slab reefing is standard and led aft to cockpit. Downwind pack: Code 0 deck fittings, additional coachroof Harken self tailing winch, windex and extra winch handle).
Mechanical Systems
Located under companionway in vented and soundproofed compartment. This boat has the 40hp Yanmar 3JH40 engine. Shaft drive to three bladed fixed propeller. Single lever engine control. 125 Ah alternator. The engine comes with a pre handover PDI and full warranty.
Electrical Systems
Three 12V batteries in two banks (250ah in total) charging via 125Ah engine alternator and 40amp 240V shore power charger. Battery monitoring system.

White grp hull with style stripes. Full length hull chine with negative angle and flying bow to extend the waterline and prevent slamming. The large beam at the waterline gives a shallow hull (less wetted surface area), more buoyancy forward and a more powerful sailing hull shape. White grp coachroof with moulded non skid decks. Walk around side decks, unique to Jeanneau. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Integrated bowsprit with central anchor roller, Code 0 and asymmetric tack points. Teak to cockpit seats and fold down swim platform. Twin wheels to twin rudders and self aligning rudder bearings. Cast iron keel. Flush deck hatches.
