Accommodation
Forward you will find a cabin with a V berth arrangement with infill, there is hanging stowage, LED reading lights and a hatch for light and ventilation. Coming aft is the galley and dinette. The galley to port is equipped with a modern two burner gas hob, large fridge and a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water. There is ample stowage for crockery and utensils in the galley area. To starboard is the dinette, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV, twin 240v outlet, comfortable C shaped seating for six adults around the large dining table. The dinette also converts into a large double berth. Further aft to port is the heads with an electric sea toilet, vanity and stowage. Up the companionway you will find the fully enclosed wheelhouse that offers excellent 360 degree visibility around the vessel. To starboard is the helm with a comfortable, height adjustable, captains chair offering easy access to the controls and the array of modern navigation equipment. There is room to port for paper charts or you could use the table further aft. Also to port is a stowage cabinet with another good flat surface to be used for navigation or you could have a television to service the upper dining area. There are wooden hand rails throughout the wheelhouse and fettled edges on the flat surfaces again pointing towards this boat's capability of taking rough seas in comfort and safety. Under the sole boards of the wheelhouse is the insulated engine bay, there is easy access to serviceable equipment. At the entrance to the wheelhouse is hanging space for wet weather gear. Through the double wheelhouse doors you enter the cockpit, with high bulwarks, extended superstructure and canopy you are well protected from the elements. The cockpit has fixed seating with cushions in a C shape along with mooring line and safety equipment stowage. Again there are stainless steel grab rails throughout. Under the cockpit is a large lazarette for further stowage.
Mechanical Systems
Under the wheelhouse in an insulated engineering space is a single John Deere turbo diesel engine producing approximately 270hp, indirectly cooled via heat exchanger, powering a five bladed bronze propeller via shaft drive. Single lever control at the helm. She should reach a maximum speed of approximately 15 knots but will cruise comfortably at 10-12 knots consuming approximately 15 litres of fuel per hour. Engine hours are approximately 1450 since 1990 when it was installed and has most recently been serviced in April 2025. Visually, it appears to have been well maintained since installation. Also in the engineering space you will find the 700 litre aluminium fuel tank. This should offer a range of approximately 460 nautical miles at 10 knots. There is also a bow thruster, electric anchor windlass and trim tabs, all with controls at the helm.
