Additional Comments

In her present ownership since 2004 she has been East Coast based and the owner has cruised locally and over to Holland, Belgium and France.  The Vendor will upgrade to a larger yacht when she is sold. Last surveyed in 2017.

Refit in 2014 included the original toe rail and stanchion bases were removed and replaced new and the deck full joint glassed in and fared back. This has both stiffened the hull and made the boat dry. The mainsheet horse and genoa sheet tracks were replaced and all of the d ring fastenings were removed and replaced with additional stainless steel reinforcement on the fittings for the cap shrouds. This can be seen at the back of the hanging and heads lockers. The guard rail wires were replaced in 2018. The hull and boot top were professionally painted in Awlcraft 2000 in 2014.
