This Beneteau Oceanis 31 is the lifting keel with twin rudder version. This boat has been under used in the past few years and is in need of a number of repairs and renewals. Main items needing attention include replacement of the standing rigging and sails, seacocks need servicing or replacement, lifting keel mechanism needs freeing off and a service plus the engine will need a service. The interior woodwork is in good condition and presents well. A great opportunity for a practical owner to purchase a modern era boat to restore her to her former glory.
